Subcontracted to serve as Scheduler to General Dynamics Land Systems Expeditionary Fighting Vehicle (EFV) Program by creating, tracking and maintaining Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) up to 20,000 lines consistent with the Integrated Master Plan (IMP) in compliance with objectives. Interfaces with other functional organizations as required by DoD/DCMA/DCAA, including key interfaces with Engineering at the Control Account Manager (CAM) level, as well as Contracting and the Project Planning and Controls (PP&C) group. Provides schedule and funding planning, reporting, monitoring, and analysis support to Program Managers utilizing Microsoft Project Server, and in compliance with standard processes.

Prepares internal program review presentations for GDLS management. Generates new ideas, challenges the status quo, takes risks, supports change, encourages innovation, solves problems creatively. Provides support to the production of the monthly Contract Performance Report by statussing the EFV schedule, ensuring work planning packages are addressed by the CAMs, and that the schedule is integrated with Earned Value metrics for the Program Schedule. Exercised aforementioned skill sets during EVMS Compliance Audit and Integrated Baseline Review.

This occurred during transition from a legacy system which used MSProject as the scheduling tool and manual integration of multiple mainframe systems for cost data. The new system integrated cost and schedule per by DoD/DCMA/DCAA mandates and is based on Primavera TeamPlay as the schedule and resource loading engine, Microfusion Millenium to automatically integrate cost data from the legacy systems and TeamPlay, and wInsight as the reporting tool.

* Tools Utilized: MS Project 98, Primavera TeamPlay/wInsight, MS Office Suite, various legacy mainframe applications.

* Project was H1 Helicopter Development program for US Marine Corps.
